- Health Centres
- More effective policing
The A1017 will come to a halt twice a day
The road’s too small for too many more people (and don’t start on the water supply,sewage system etc
- Main road does not support present levels of traffic
- Develop site within envelop for houses and small businesses and see if successful
- Improve services before building more houses - drainage/flooding
- Primary school situation deal but needs better access road
- Look to change village envelope to include places outside where housing had existed before in the past.

Local shops will not survive competition from large retail out of town - unrealistic expectation

What is the demand for housing from people within the village

How do we attract employment which matches skills of existing residents?
