3. Minutes of previous meeting
The minutes of the previous Planning Committee Meeting held on 6th March 2009, having been previously circulated, were taken as read, were confirmed and duly signed by the Chairman as a correct record.
Matters arising from those minutes

6. Planning Applications
The following planning applications were considered:
09/00264/FUL – St. Peter’s Church, Church Street – Installation of 3 no. security cameras to north and west elevations. Miss. C. Cannell reported that the applicant’s agent had assured her that the cameras would be infra-red and not floodlights – resolved no objection.
09/00316/FUL – 29 Hawkwood Road – Erection of extension to side and front elevations. Concern about no access to rear of property but as other houses in road have similar extensions - resolved no objection.
Date of next Planning Committee meeting
The next Planning Committee meeting was fixed for Friday, 17th April 2009 at 4.30pm in Parish Council Office, 75 Swan Street, Sible Hedingham.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 5.10pm.
