Mrs. G. Massey declared a personal interest in connection with the application relating to Everitt Way as she employs a relation of the applicant. No other interests were declared.
3. Minutes of previous meeting
The minutes of the previous Planning Committee Meeting held on 7th August 2009, having been previously circulated, were taken as read, were confirmed and duly signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

6. Planning Applications
The following planning applications were considered:
09/00967/FUL – Rose Cottage, Swan Chase – Erection of single storey domestic garage/store. Councillors had made a site visit and Miss. Cannell reported that the proposed building will not be placed on the existing footprint because of access reasons and the creation of a turning circle within the property. The existing asbestos garage will be removed and the proposal will improve the view from the front windows of the dwelling. Resolved no objection.
09/01035/FUL – 4, 5 & 6 Everitt Way – Change of use from B1/B8 (Business/Storage) to B2 (General Industrial) – no objection.
