There were no apologies for absence.

No interests were declared.
3. Minutes of previous meeting
The minutes of the previous Planning Committee Meeting held on 5th June 2009, having been previously circulated, were taken as read, were confirmed and duly signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

There were no matters arising.

There was no public comment.
6. Planning Applications
The following planning applications were considered:
09/00632/FUL – Football Ground, Oxford Meadow – Proposed ‘dug out’ on football ground – no objection.
09/00707/FUL – Graves Hall Lodge, Graves Hall Road – Erection of rear extension to provide kitchen and utility with additional bathroom, remodelling of existing layout to provide additional bedroom – no objection.
09/00122/TPOCON – 35 Potter Street – Fell one ash and reduce crown of second ash tree – no objection.
09/00670/FUL – Jubilee Court – Proposed siting of salt bin on communal land owned by GCH – no objection/fully support this.
09/00479/FUL – Pevors Farm, Southey Green – Conversion of a redundant agricultural building to form two holiday let units – no objection.
09/00765/FUL – 22 Hawkwood Road – Erection of conservatory – no objection.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 4.45 p.m.
