MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING OF SIBLE HEDINGHAM PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN THE MEETING ROOM AT THE PARISH COUNCIL OFFICE, 75 SWAN STREET, SIBLE HEDINGHAM ON FRIDAY, 25th APRIL 2008 AT 4.45 PM .

3. Minutes of previous meeting
The minutes of the previous Planning Committee Meeting held on 11th April 2008, having been previously circulated, were taken as read, were confirmed and duly signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

4. Matters arising from those minutes
There were no matters arising.

5. Public Comment
There was no public comment.

6. Planning Applications
The following planning application was considered:

08/00715/PLD & PP00411743 – 14 Warburton Avenue – creation of rear-facing dormer window as part of a loft conversion – if PC had been consulted prior to dormer window being built it would have opposed it on grounds that it was too imposing and ask for a less imposing solution to be found to house the new staircase. As the dormer window and staircase now in situ and extension within permitted development cannot object.

Confidential business
It was resolved that in view of the special or confidential nature of the business about to be transacted it is advisable in the public interest that the public and press by excluded from the remainder of the meeting and they are instructed to withdraw pursuant to the provisions of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960. The meeting then continued in private session.
