Right of way dispute
Mrs. G. Massey and Miss. C. Cannell reported upon a right of way dispute between Station Road and Bewick Court, which was mentioned at a recent VDS meeting. Apparently gates had been placed across a right of way, which served five other properties. As this is a private right of way and not a public right of way it was deemed not to be the concern of the Parish Council and those involved will be advised to consult their Solicitors.
8. Date of next Planning Committee meeting
The next Planning Committee meeting was arranged for Friday 26th June 2009 at 4.30pm in Parish Council Office, 75 Swan Street, Sible Hedingham.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 4.55pm.
