3. Minutes of previous meeting
The minutes of the previous Planning Committee Meeting held on 26th June 2009, having been previously circulated, were taken as read, were confirmed and duly signed by the Chairman as a correct record.
Matters arising from those minutes There were no matters arising.
Public Comment There was no public comment.
6. Planning Applications
The following planning applications were considered:
09/00888/FUL – 7 Recreation Road – Proposed loft conversion to provide two additional bedrooms and new bay and dormer windows to front elevation – no objection
09/00937/FUL – 52 Hawkwood Road – Erection of garage extension with bedroom above and extension of existing kitchen – no objection
09/00949/FUL – 21 Brook Terrace – Erection of single storey rear extension – no objection
In connection with the above applications and all appropriate future applications, which could affect close neighbours, it was agreed to ask BDC to impose day and time restrictions upon building work and to ask that such conditions are strictly adhered to.
7. Date of next Planning Committee meeting
The next Planning Committee meeting was arranged for Friday 28th August 2009 at 4.30pm in Parish Council Office, 75 Swan Street, Sible Hedingham.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 4.55pm.
